Phoenix
Medical Construction has been working at our facility
since early last year building one CT and two MRI projects.
The on-site project manager, Marc Lerner, maintained a
clean and safe working environment with minimal interruption
to the daily operations of the office. His work ethic
is commendable. He provided us with periodic reviews of
operating budgets and details of expenditures upon request.
Marc was a pleasure to have around the office; his good
nature and professional behavior was most appreciated
during these long months of construction.

Medical Construction was brought into the hospital as
Siemens' turn-key general contractor for our two angio
rooms. Phoenix was very responsive to end-user needs and
to the hospital's needs in general. They addressed problems
immediately and were very cooperative when in the middle
between Siemens and Beth Israel. I would use them in the
future.

Thank
you very much for the outstanding job you and your men
did here at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital. Every aspect
of the project went as planned. The entire CT room was
redone including major air-conditioning and heating work
with no problems whatsoever. All of the workers were extremely
accommodating and friendly! They all really seemed to
be enjoying their work which was a very pleasant surprise.
When the GE installation team arrived everything was ready
and the installation of our new GE Light Speed scanner
went smoothly as well. Once again, thank you and your
team for the outstanding job. I hope to work with you
again soon.

 I
am writing to express my genuine appreciation for the
excellent job of Edsel Hoyos, Project Manager at Stony
Brook University Hospital during the build-out of the
Siemens CT / Angiography suite. Edsel's professionalism
and communications with my office were exemplary. His
weekly updates and emails enabled me to remain abreast
of the details of the project, and allowed me to easily
communicate the project's progress to my administration.
