With
20 years of construction management experience specializing in healthcare
construction, John is knowledgeable in building and site principles
and practice and is an accomplished conceptual planner and estimator.
Before starting Phoenix Medical Construction Company in 1998, he
was the Director of Operations of Prime Contracting Corporation
in Union, NJ, and previously worked in the Los Angeles area for
two companies specializing in hospital projects. For a period of
three years, he was the construction manager exclusively responsible
for GE Medical Systems' turnkey projects in the New York region.
John has personally managed or served as the responsible managing
executive for more than 100 healthcare projects.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia College as
well as a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from California
State University, Los Angeles.

The
founder and former president of Prime Contracting Corporation, Steve
has 25 years of construction management, electrical design, electrical
contracting, and administrative experience. Steve developed Prime
Contracting from a small electrical contracting company into a highly
respected design-build construction firm specializing in the medical
imaging field. His reputation for honesty, integrity, knowledge,
and accuracy is widely known in the region. Steve manages Phoenix
Medical Construction's Southeast Operations from our office in Sarasota,
Florida.
Steve's knowledge of MRI, CT Scan, and other medical imaging installations
and construction is extensive. In addition to holding an electrical
contractor's license from the State of New Jersey, he has personally
managed or served as the responsible managing executive for more
than 100 healthcare projects throughout Florida, New Jersey, New
York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

With
his sixteen years of experience in construction management and
excellent innate ability, Mark has developed superior knowledge
of the unique requirements of healthcare construction projects -
from design phase through project management and close-out. He has
managed sensitive and difficult hospital and imaging center projects
throughout the New York and New Jersey metropolitan area. As director
of our New York operations, Mark's responsibilities include personnel
and project administration, development of management procedures,
design phase coordination, and conceptual estimating, budgeting
and planning.

Institute of Technology.

For
41 years, Jim has specialized in all phases of multi-modality medical
imaging planning, design, and construction. He has worked directly
for and with all of the major equipment vendors, including Picker,
GE, Siemens, Phillips, Toshiba, and Hitachi. His concentration for
the past thirteen years has been in the field of MRI and he has
been involved during that time in over 200 projects.
In addition to his abilities as a construction manager, Jim is
highly adept at the initial planning and schematic design of imaging
facilities. He has extensive experience in supervision, scheduling,
planning technical support, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
